My sister and I were contacted by a gentleman named Alexander Champagne regarding consolidating and reducing our student loan payments so that the amount would be affordable to us. We each paid approximately $700.00 dollars for the paperwork. Now the company has closed and we now have student loans that are consolidated with monthly payments of $1,200.

I paid $400 to this company with hopes of getting my student loan out of default so that I could go back to school. Their website is now inactive as is their phone number. I would like to receive a full refund.
