I purchased a couch using PayPal. The PayPal receipt showed the payment to DIY Rescue.
There was nothing when I made the payment referencing DIY Rescue, so I immediately suspected it was fraud. I didn't get any email confirmation of the sale or shipping notice.
I made a case with PayPal. There was a response to PayPal with a package confirmation to "Cincinnati, Ohio" no specific address and showed the weight as 24lbs, which is not reasonable for a couch.
PayPal accepted that as proof and I can't dispute anything further because I have nothing. I haven't received the product or any communication about the purchase. The only proof of anything I have is the PayPal payment.
