I ordered a Lynx BBQ Door/Drawer. DIY BBQ kept saying the item was on backorder due to delays caused by COVID. I have numerous emails to and from DIY BBQ. It has now been 3 years. I never received the product and never received a credit back. They completely stopped talking last year. At this point, I don't expect to ever get my money back, but I do want to warn people to stay away from this crooked company. They are scammers and need to be investigated. They kept me in suspense long enough to run out of time to use American Express's dispute resolution. And the same is true of PayPal. PayPal was completely unhelpful at this point due to the time that has passed.
