My family all very excited , waiting for little puppy .
And then I got phone call told i have to pay refundable crate for Puppy.
the confirme email i got from the following (I attach the whole email after all my words) . I felt wired and went to their pet website, looks very processional and can be trusted. i even online chat with them . and use the tracking number they gave me and can find the puppy information ) This is horrible . American country have these kind of scams things ? so horrible , how serious situations. Look at their website . They did so horrible things and damaged the good experiences fro all the people who love puppies .
They are very educated and Take advantage of people's care for pets? Horrible , i can not imagine how many people like me deceived .
Hope my experience can wake up some people .
