Continuous call but I don't answer knew it was a scam my mom owes no one. Someone should file charges

I received many phone calls a while back for them trying to find my mom. One of the phone calls I told a guy that if he wouldn't tell me what it was for I won't be involved. He yelled and swore at me saying when she is taken to court and fined that it will be my fault. I didnt recieve any calls so I figured they took my number off but they started calling a few days ago. I had a pretty heated argument today with a guy named frank and hung up.

Dk williams is the best law firm in the world yes i gave them all my money and live in a shelter now but i got clean credit just no money thank you dk and do you criminal cases too let me no plz

A man named Richard Williams called my 89-year old father, James H. Corbett, Jr. The man said that my dad owed a credit card that we never knew about - money. He claimed to be a lawyer, that buys debt from credit card companies. He claimed that the amount was something like $1289.00. He was hustling my dad to pay him an amount to settle the debt. So my dad and I called him together after consulting our lawyer, who said this was most likely a scam. The man rattled off some info about my Dad - but his info failed to say that he had a middle name of H or a Jr. He ALWAYS uses those markings because my brother, his son, has the same name and they are very careful to make sure that their credit etc remains separate. Anyway, we talked to him together and the man told us to look up Dad's SSI - which he read off to us. How would he even have my Dad's SSI - because to my knowledge - NO debt collector I know of - would EVER spout off your SSI. Anyway - we looked up his credit report and it NEVER appeared on his credit report. So - we suspect it.
