I saw adds online for the Breville BES870XL Barista Express Espresso Machine, Brushed Stainless. I had several questions about it. One was do they operate out of the UK and they responded immediately no. Plus they said they ship free to the US. I thought since their phone is a Delaware exchange, they operated out of that state. Today I found out that phone is not a working number. Anyway, they said they'd deliver in 3-5 days, so since I didn't get it, I checked my mail and received notification that it was delivered on Sunday, 3 days ago but from the photo, it's another house. I know it's not my neighbors nor anyone on my street. Fed Express verified that it is another house and the tracking number they gave me was wrong. I contacted my credit card company and they said they also operate under Snow Tech Solutions. Their name may also be Titan per Fed Express; not sure. Everything they did seemed standard, giving me a confirmation, tracking number, delivery notification and asking me to respond if the package wasn't received. This time, however, no one from their company responded at all. I hope you warn others of these scammers!!! Thank you!
