Message 268d3 came up on laptop. Loud voice saying I've been infected nd will shut down in 15 minutes and phone number appeared 855 205-7481 so called. It was an Indian accent and while I was disconnected. Then a Bruce got on the line and I talked with him. He said my wifi was infected and he could out the system and he walked me thru it nd explained about malware. That he could take care of it.The previous day something happened to my laptop that it had a virus. Don't know what message on but it shut down. My daughter tried to reboot it but nothing happened. Couldn't even turn it off. Only Dell appeared on screen and unable to get back in mine but daughters came back up. Then he asked me if I wanted a 1 year or 3 year safeguard from avast. I gave him my email and used my debit card to pay for it. Now they have my info. I called bank and put a hold on my card. The $210.00 was taken out of my debit card by DMT.
