A person I met at work told me that this person could provide me with a valid state driver's license. I contacted the person named Jose Antonio Morales Rodriguez, in charge of the license printing department at the DMV in Bluffton. He told me that the service cost $350 and asked me for all my personal information and a photo of my ID. When I paid the agreed upon $350, he told me that I had to pay $200 for the document printing. When I did not agree to pay more money, he threatened to reveal all my information and contact the police and send them to my house for the alleged failure to comply with the process.
