I got a message on my cell phone. My number is the last part of their the http:___________ address. (337-368-7819). The text reads

DMV Office--All license holders in your state, are receiving a $2955 refund. Get your check, by Apr. 15th-- hhttp://mv8ref.com/0/3373687819. Today is the 15th and I think this is a scam. I didn't respond.

All license holders in your state are receiving refunds of $2955. Last week, it was $1800. They give a link to click on to go to it. I called my local DMV and they told me it was not true and to disregard it.
