I searched on Facebook for a Doberman puppy. There are several websites available and this one was mixed right in. I have since learned that the other websites were reputable so they were hiding in plain site. I private messaged her through the facebook website. She got back to me that same day where as others took several days to respond. She asked me to answer a questionaire about why I wanted a Doberman puppy to determine if we were to be a good fit. She claimed to be a breeder and dog trainer with her husband for the last 6 years. She went into great detail about the blood line even giving me information about the Damn and Sir of where she came from. She even gave me her AKC registration number which I have now learned is also a fake. After I was approved she sent me pictures of available puppies. My children and myself picked out our new baby. She asked for a definitive name for the puppy and all of my demographic location because she would be doing a Bill of Sale for puppy ownership to provide legal proof of ownership to said puppy. She asked for an 800.00 deposit for us to proceed forward. Which I paid through zelle. She later asked me if I would want her trusted vet to crop the ears for an additional 300.00 or if I preferred to do it myself. I chose to have her Vet complete the ear cropping and sent another 400.00 for ears and vaccinations to be completed. I got pictures of the puppy with ears cropped and all. She then asked for 100,00 to cover the trasnport crate the puppy would be traveling in on day of delivery. She insured me that the puppy would travel with a pet nanny and reach me safe and sound. She supposedly delivered the puppy to the travel agency and sent me all of the company information with tracking number. This is when the nightmare truly began. I will be entering another complaint regarding the company who have now scammed me out of more money that I even had. I never received my puppy. The lady continued to string me along for about another week pleading her innocence and denying involvement in the nightmare that occured with the puppy travel agency even claiming that she was going to retrieve the puppy and make things right. She has since stopped all communication. My children and I are heart-broken and devastated. These are very bad people and are absolutely not to be trusted.
