We thought we had found the perfect photo booth vendor for our son's wedding on Groupon. I reached out to Dobodo Events based on its Groupon ad and was immediately contacted by the sales director, Ryan Terry. He graciously explained the offer, rearranged parts of the contract to better suit our needs, and we were happy to contract him for our event on November 11, 2017. He explained that if we book him direclty, outside of Groupon, it would save him money and he would pass the savings on to us. I paid in full, $293.65 from my checking account.

He and his team never arrived! I called multiple times that night leaving increasingly urgent messages, instead of being able to enjoy the party. I have since sent numerous emails and text messages hoping to hear back from him with the expectation of getting a full refund.

Mr. Terry was still promoting his photo booth on Groupon as of yesterday. We have notified Groupon and they have stopped his ads - but that will not stop him. Had we checked with ScamPulse.com before hiring him, we would have learned he has been at this for years using different company names, apparently changed frequently to avoid due diligence by his cusomers.
