I order the set of DocSleeves as per the website instructions, it says to measure 5” above the center of the knee cap so I did mine was 18 1/2 inches. According to the site it says the sizes are L/XL for 16.5” and about or S/M for below 16”. I ordered two of the L/XL size they came last week and upon opening them came to find out the above the knee part fits, but the below the knee portion is loose- which will not provide any knee support at all. This is not what the product advertised, it says this is to provide extreme support for an injured knee. This product is not what they advertise. The company advertising says 30 days 100% money back a full refund with no questions asked, yet no one will ever get back to me and they do not answer the phone number. I have been trying to contact the company as soon as I received my order D897593E12, I sent them several emails to the web support at [email protected] and all I ever get back is an automatic response telling me someone will get back to me but it never happens I have auto responses numbers 153279 and 153647, I have tried sending emails through the responses and creating a new one and still nothing. At the bottom of the auto response it says if you need a refund please submit your return tracking number via email to us, which I am obviously Not willing to pay to send them back a defective product that I have no return number for- I am not paying shipping for a second time when it is their product sizing that I’d defective, the L/XL fits on the thigh and is loose on my lower leg- making the product completely ineffective. Their website says guaranteed money back for 30 days a full refund- no hidden fees, yet no one will ever respond or get back to me regarding this order. I have sent 15 emails and the phone number will not accept messages and no one will ever responds emails. I placed my order on March 2, did not get the product until March 17th and have been trying to get in touch with the company to get a full refund and have them send me a return label to send back their defective product. They do not contact the customers back, which makes this company completely illegitimate and it looks like they were under the name Doc Socks previously and changed the name to Doc Sleeves. The phone number they have has a message saying the voicemail has been disconnected due to COVID and to email them at the support email, which no one ever responds to- its always an auto generated . I will be now contacting my credit card company to report them for fraud.
