Product was fraudulent,total garbage!!!!

As the person above,I spent close to 70$ for 2 “blooming leafy succulent s” to get ,two months later,4 small plastic pieces of garbage stuck in hard foam. Soooo ugly,only true thing stated was that plant required little to no care! Lol! And CB I complained,forget about getting a refund from China!As they say buyer beware

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

Advertised on Facebook under the name dochjtic, the product advertised was for petal leaf succulents, with a picture shown of a flowering plant. On the website, they show a picture of a greenhouse where they proudly state that "We are one of the leading product release specialists in the United States, and our unrivaled inventory range can meet the needs of global customers.". The ad appeared as a Christmas special and is now appearing as a Valentines special.

The reality is that the product is shipped from China, takes over 30 days to arrive and is a plastic plant stuck in some foam and a pot. I asked for a refund when it did not arrive within 7 to 10 days as stated, but was told that they could not refund it since it had shipped. Since receiving the product, I have asked repeatedly via email (no phone number) for a full refund but they will only give a partial refund, and only after I ship the product back to China. I doubt that I would ever see a refund.

The charge was posted to a company in UK, the product came from China as did all the email correspondence, and the website states that it is a German company.
