Emailed with the company listed above for several days concerning purchase of a puppy. Was told the puppy was 450.00 which included his transport from GA to WA. After paying the money via money gram to Valentine Mason in Columbus GA. we sent them proof of pymt. They responded via email that we would be contacted by the transporting company concerning his delivery. The transport company Express Mail Services (which is also a scam) notified us telling us we had to pay 960.00 for travel ins, but that it would be returned upon delivery. We contacted the seller and they confirmed that this is correct because it is out of state but that we would get the money back. This payment was sent walmart to walmart to Gillian Bellamy in Columbus, GA. We were told that our pet would be shipped the next day due to the time of day. The next day the emailed us again saying he needed a special crate for 875.00 but once again we would get this money back upon delivery. We questioned it again and was assured by the breeder that this is correct and not to worry as we will get our money back. We sent that money again via money gram to Gillian Bellamy and recvd confirmation that our dog was to be sent that night. Several hours later were emailed again stating that we needed to send $3700.00 for quarantine and shot papers. This was the last straw and when we contacted the breeder they tried to offer to pay 2700 of it to help out "since we were going to get it back upon delivery of the pet" I told them that I would like my money back or I would be contacting the authorities as they were obviously lying, their response was go ahead.
