I ordered from this site in January 2020. The last item was shipped on April 24, 2020 according to docomond slip included. Received last week May 25, 2020. Never again.

Do not order from this company! I ordered 3 dresses back in January and just received the last one in the mail today. They look nothing like the dresses that were advertised and were all incredibly large and had no fit whatsoever. The medium size I ordered was an extra large. The quality of the fabric is so cheap that I’m not sure what you would call it. The only use for them is to tear them up and use them for cleaning rags. Expensive cleaning rags! There is no packing slip to return the product or phone number to call. Very disappointed that they can get away with selling this garbage.

This 'company' is a joke. I placed an order in Jan. 2020. Just recieved the last 2 dresses of a 5 dress order. The last 2 dresses are horrible quality, fabric is nothing as described in the online catalog. Now, to return these dresses, I have to follow a whole list to follow to send them back. I will send them back, on a slow boat to China, so I can get my hard earned money back from this sham of a business. This kind of commerce needs to end.

I've been waiting months and only received half the order and they are not what the pictures made them appear. I have tried to cancel the rest of my order and ask how to return and I've heard nothing. I would never order from them. They have stolen the rest of my money offering no refund but also not sending their poor quality product.

Items took a very long time to receive. When they came they look nothing like the photos, the fabric is extremely poor quality, some were falling apart out of the package, and they just have cut edges without stitching. Tried to contact the company at the service email for return and there is no response after weeks. Total SCAM!

My wife saw ads for this company and she ordered a dress for about $50. So glad she didn't order more. We got an email 2 months ago saying the item had shipped with a tracking number, but the number is illegitimate, just like the company. Very disappointed!

After Christmas I saw an ad on Instagram for docomond not knowing they were not a US company. I saw some pretty dresses and a discount if you buy 3. I bought 3. Paid the extra money for special 5-10 day shipping and it is now the end of February and they will not respond back to me. The only way to get a hold of them is by email at [email protected]. super disappointed and upset! This is a scam!

I have had the exact same experience! Do not buy anything from this company! They are a scam! I am working with my bank to try to get my money back, as well...they got $85.00 from me! I am putting negative reports out about them everywhere I can find a place to report it! I hate to be scammed!

I saw ads for this company online with some pretty dresses and clothing. I went to the website and ordered some clothing items. When I went to facebook and saw a number of people warning others that they do not send the clothes, I immediately tried to cancel the order. The only contact information is email. They NEVER respond. I have been trying to dispute the sale with my bank and am having difficulty. The company has never responded and I have not received the items. They are a 100% SCAM> beware.
