I signed up with them awhile back. They promised to keep the paperwork current so my student loan wouldn’t go into Default. It went into default and I contacted them to stop the $39.00 automatic payment from my banking account. I have been with recovery program trying to get out of default for almost ten months now and they are still DocPrepSvs is still taking out their $39.00. What a scam. I’m a single mom who has a special needs child I care for.
