A 'technician' named Eilon showed up with a big vacuum machine and went to the attic. About 20 minutes later, he came down and said that he could not clean the vent well without using special products and that it would me another $300. I refused to pay more than what we had agreed on. After he was done with the service, he asked to be paid via 'zelle'. He claimed that he forgot to bring a credit card swiper. I questioned why the zelle account was associated to his name and not his company name and he told me that every technician there has a zelle account. After he left, I decided to contact the 'owner' with some questions and she immediately deleted the facebook account. I then realized that I got scammed. We reported him to the local police department though I could not get my money back. I hope that other victim would report him and this fake company so that he would not be able to scam other people.
