what was agreed upon in the contract which was signed on 12/16/2021. The contract was signed
on 12/16/2021; for the follow work, Kitchen Update on filler/ 33 Base Cabinet, with mica to
match, pantry "24" one door, High 7 feet 84 inches, and wire connection. Mr. Sanchez was paid in
full on the agreed total of $1,600.00 on 12/21/2021 per invoice give on 12/16/2021. Mr. Sanchez
refuses to respond to any calls or text messages regarding completion of Set Job, he was
contracted on 12/16/2021. Mr. Sanchez refused to return any payments made and/or complete
contracted job agreement of May 12, 2022.
Mr. Sanchez didn't follow the contract, decided to change the model designs and materials claiming it is better, but will change it out again to the proper designs. He fails to communicate, answers phones, and text messages. Disappears for long periods of time and emphasizes he's a Christian man who will get the work done. When he doesn't show up for the appointment times and days he fails to let you know in advance. He asks for the deposit and amounts in advance to buy the materials. Later changes that he ordered them. He failed to provide licensing information, addresses, and documentation for estimates or invoices of the materials. His contract alone is fraud due to the inaccurate name, no licenses, address, and his own name. Also verbalized he put priority on other business if it bring in more money, including photos of the other jobs he's doing versus your own. He is in breech of contract, a fraud, unprofessional, and ultimately will get rude and insulting to you. He will make excuses regarding the workers getting COVID-19, his being sick, being out of town, and a family death. No support was ever given.
