I signed up for my business to get 3-5 patients a week for accident cases. They charge $699 a month. They would have fake people call us and book appointments with wrong numbers and never show up. We didn’t not get even one referral from them and they just scam doctors saying they will refer patients and just take the monthly as long as they can
