This company is a SCAM, DO NOT USE THEM!!! I should have went with another company. When I ordered it said 0-15 days, now they are saying business days which is 3 weeks . I've never had an unlock take that long. I purchased another thing from them which was an "in depth check" to tell me more about my phone and if for sure it could be unlocked and it came back same day with tons of info about my phone and that yes they could. It was more info than some other sites for a cheaper price for this premium check. I ordered that in addition to their premium unlock service and after i paid for the service.

Then, they offered a partial refund of $10 but the refund never came. They send emails saying they are "close" and my unlock request was processed "successfully" but I'm still waiting and no partial refund.

All they've done so far is take my money, offered a very partial refund, and not provided a service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, ITS A SCAM. MY SAME COMAPLAINT HAS HAPPENED TO MANY OTHERS. I THOUGHT I'D BE DIFFERENT (THAT WAS A LIE) AND WAS DESPERATE. IT'S NOT WORTH IT.
