Contacted the business and they informed me that they could consolidate my student loans and lower my payments however they needed a processing fee. I paid over $600 in fees before they can process my paperwork. My student loan are still contact me saying that I I'm behind on my payments because the dead has not been consolidated. I'm not able to contact the company they won't return any phone calls or emails.
