I was told that I owe a debt in the amount of almost $600 and that I had to pay it during that phone call or they would have me served by uniformed officials and garnish my wages. I told them I'd be happy to pay any debt I owe but I needed to verify that this was my debt. They emailed me a one page document that was very vague and not informative at all. I mentioned having my attorney review it to get this matter resolved and they became very angry and started yelling at me demanding my attorney's information. Saying that I had already verified this was my debt. And then said I would be served and hung up on me.
