I was contacted by Dodson Law in Los Angeles California about a debt and if I settled over the phone I would only have to pay 60% of the 1862.78 otherwise I would be taken to court and they would add court costs. They said I was contacted by mail 60 days ago which I don't have a letter from them. They said they would prove I was contacted by mail in court which I said I'll wait for my summons. This was on the second call.

The first contact was by a unknown number with a call back number on my answering machine and case number to reference.

I called platinum protection whom the debt was supposedly owed but they said they have been getting a ton of calls from people about this and Platinum Protection knows nothing about it.
