They advertise dog beds on Facebook. I ordered 1 November 1st 2019. I have emailed them multiple times no reply. I couldn't find them again on Facebook till I recently seen another post. I commented on it and sent a message. In which, they blocked me. I am attaching my original order confirmation and screenshot of the message I sent over Facebook.

This company's site, "dog-lab.com", add popped up on my IG feed. Prior to completing my transaction, I tried to look up any reviews or scams that may have been listed on this company but there was and still is nothing available. So, I hope my complaint will find it's way to warn others.
I made a purchase on 10/15/19 and still haven't had a reply from their Customer service Department regarding my order. I ordered 5 items which totaled $75.75. I then received an email with a confirmation receipt but dog-lab and my items were not listed anywhere on the email or receipt. A company called Pyrarex Limited was listed and the email, [email protected], and phone number, +442073460385 (UK), are dead ends. In fact, I called the number and someone did answer stating it's a wrong number. PYRAREX Limited is linked with another site called Yaa Mart. I've tried contacting their customer service department as well, with no reply. Yaa Mart was listed on my credit card statement as the company that drafted from my account.
Warning, this site claims to have a PayPal option but their is no link upon checkout. They also claim to have a Facebook account but when you click on the link, it says it's account is "broken". There is also no login so therefore, no way to track your order (thank goodness I took screen shots before exiting the site).
As of today 10/22/19, the site is still running.
I've been in contact with my credit card company for suggestion and will be submitting my dispute shortly as I have 60 days from the date of purchase to do so.

On September 3 2019, My mom and I ordered from this company 3 water and feeder containers. It’s now October 11,2019 I have emailed these people I know 100 times. I have not gotten a response from anyone. There is no address or phone number to literally contact them. Please STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND WEBSITE. They will take ur money and u will never receive ur products. I hope this helps some of u all before it happens to ya . Thank u
