I purchased two (2) Groupon vouchers to Dog Treats Club in Woodland Hills, CA on May 17, 2023. I ordered online, followed all voucher directions and WAS CHARGED SHIPPING of $9.99 per order, $19.98 total on May 25, 2023 by the Dog Treats Club. Till this day, January 9, 2024 I have not received the orders and no longer receive a response from Dog Treats Club. I have emailed them several times and always get an automatic response saying that they are experiencing supply issues and my order will ship within three weeks. The last email they responded to was on August 5, 2023 saying they had finally received their shipments and were processing orders. NO SHIPMENT RECEIVED. Since then no responses to my emails. I'm out $40.00 - unhappy with Groupon for selling through unreliable vendors and/or scam artists! And the scamming company Dog Treats Club!

I purchased 2 vouchers at $9.99 each from Groupon to be used at Dog Treats Club. I ordered 10 packs on March 11, 2023vof bully bones from dod Treats Club with these vouchers. Total $104.59. I kept receiving updates that the bully bones were on back order up to 16 weeks. Then 4-6 weeks. I have not received my bully bones or a refund from dog treats club or Groupon. Groupon agreed yesterday to apply the 2 x $9.99 to my account and said I had to get with Dog treats club to get a refund from them. I feel I have been scammed. I bought 2 groupons to buy bully sticks and paid it to Groupon and Dog Treat Club for shipping. Waited waited waited and didn't come, so I emailed them since there was no phone number listed on their website. They emailed me back and said it would take 3-4 weeks but never arrived after 3 months. I lost the total of $30 or so, I totally forgot about it and I thought most people wouldn't dispute over it because of the damage was small. The problem is that Groupon is in on it. I reported Groupon that I didn't received it and it was most likely scam due to all the similar complaints against the dog treat company on BBB. Groupon just refunded the money that I paid. Although, the ad is still on Groupon's website selling them. It says, "25,000+ bought".

I still disputed the charge of $20 against Dog Treat Club on my credit card company. They had been flagged.

This is truly a scam. I order 2 packages of Bully Stick and never received them. Everytime I try to contact them I get an automated response stating they are delayed. Its been 4 months and I paid $9.95 x 2 for first class shipping. Groupon won't take the responsibility for the company.

I placed 2 orders of the Bully Sticks in January via Groupon. When I had’t received them by early April I contacted the company via the website. It’s been 4 weeks and still no contact or order. I have reported them to Groupon.

On one order I ordered extra. Like 5 bags of 10. Not mail to me. Guess I’ll have to dispute in my cc. Ggrrrrrrrr
I get same auto reply mail. No phone number. But u go to faq. There is a physical address. My next step is there. And a threat to turn them in. Refund or send product. Neither happens. It is fraud. To report

I bought two Groupons in June 2022 and had to pay $9.95 for shipping for each order.

I only received one order. The product I received was NOT what was advertised. I ordered (2) 10 packs of bully sticks. What I received is not even pictured on the site, but thin, twisted, processed or rawhide sticks worth maybe $4 in a grocery store.

I emailed the company in July and received the attached response. I emailed them again September 6 and as of October10 still have not heard back. Groupon would not refund me, because I redeemed the voucher. I really just wanted to file a complaint about the company so they would stop doing business with them, but they are still advertising this deal.

How were you able to cancel your subscription? I ordered a Groupon that specifically said no subscription required but when I redeemed it, it has now signed me up for subscryservice at full price every month! I get the robot email when I try to email the company, can’t find a phone number anywhere, and it never had me create a login when I originally ordered so I can’t “login” myself to cancel! Help!

went to redeem w/vouchers from Groupon on Dog Treats Club , it only lets you order one at a time so that you are charged shipping 3 individual times. I got one order placed and when I went to place the second order..2 orders went thru w/out me even applying my voucher code and was charged full price, $69.93 product and shipping cost. I freaked I sent several emails in a row..and just got bots back ...not able to stop order , not able to refuse order..over and over...no phone number to contact them. This is bulls###.
I called Groupon and w/out any problem they refunded me for vouchers bought. I called my bank but they said I need to give company time to respond?!
Now I get emails and texts over and over items shipped and in transit.. If they had phone number and not bot email it could hv been stopped immediately and could hv purchased w/the vouchers...but no! They are supposed to be delivered today..Their site says no returns because of covid. b.s. and wil except no returns w/out auth. return number...so Its like I cant even refuse shipment upon delivery. Completely unsatisified with this pathetic company!

I ordered 2 sets from the Groupon website in May. I have yet to receive them. Everything I have emailed the company regarding the status, they say there is a supply chain issue. They originally said there would be a 2 week delay. Now they are saying end of October. I have requested refund and they will not refund.

this company advertises through groupon. Once you order their bully sticks will get an email stating that that because of covid there is a delay with your actual order and they send you cheap product that you didn't order. No matter how many times you email their customer service they will keep sending you an automated response. There is no other way to contact company. Complete scam.

This is 100% false advertising a scam paid for something that was clearly not what they described or advertised. Shown bully stixs big stixs and what you get are swizzle type dental stix. Absolutely scam do not buy from this group.

This is a complete scam! Ordered 10 bullys using a Groupon and ended up receiving 10 very small cheap rawhide sticks. Dog Treats Club is 100% a scam and would avoid at all costs! You've been warned.

I received the SAME thing today. I know what bully sticks look like and I would never feed these to my dogs. Who knows what the heck is in them from a site that's willing to blatantly lie and scam people. Based on other comments I emailed this POS company to never charge my card again and cancel whatever fake subscription they may have put me under. I also threatened them with a class action lawsuit for this BS. Shame on Groupon for not vetting their vendors. They should get sued as well. I'm sure they're fully aware of this scam. I also reached out to my bank to file a dispute on this vendors charges. UGH this is such a freaking pain.

I was luckier than some. I was able to use the Groupon code and I made sure that I unsubscribed from the club monthly order. My order was placed on Dec.18 and after a number of emails that went unanswered except by an automated message, I received a shipping notice on Jan. 20th. When the package arrived it included half of my order. I have emailed them about this again with no answer. I'm sure I will not hear from them. My advice is to not order from this site.

I purchased a Groupon in order to get 5 bully sticks, I was charged $7.95 twice and than I was charged $37.94 twice and never received any bully sticks. In all I was charged $91.78 for nothing. I place my order on Dec 4 in which I was charged the $7.95 twice and then charged $37.94 twice on January 4 without receiving any products. There is no way to contact them. I had to dispute these charges with my credit card. Stay away from them.

Ditto... I had a Groupon discount for Dog Treats Club for some bully sticks for my dog. I went to the Dog Treats Club website to place my order. The button I clicked said I was creating an account. But it placed the order, without letting me review it and before I could even add my Groupon discount. I tried to cancel immediately after the order was placed. But there was no place to cancel on the website. So I quickly sent them an email, since that was the only way I could contact them. No other contact information was provided. They shipped the package immediately, I’m sure thinking I could not cancel if already shipped. I had to create a dispute with my bank to hopefully stop the charges. After all this, I wanted to warn others. I tried to go to the Facebook page and the Instagram page links on the website. But neither of them are active. When I did hear back from them via email, all they talked about was that the "subscription" continues until I cancel. However, there is no active subscription on my account to cancel. I hope this doesn't turn into a situation where I have to cancel my card to stop them. They also mentioned they are not accepting returns due to Covid. I'm not one to get scammed. I'm very skeptical, but this one tricked me for sure. Be aware.
