I saw an ad online for dog beds through a company named Doggo Paradise. I place an order with them on November 24, 2020 for 2 beds. On Nov 25th the charges were taken from my account. On Dec 3, 2020, I received an email that my order had shipped. It is now Dec 29th and I have not received my order. I contacted the company via email, the only way you can contact them because there is no phone number or address on their web site. I have sent 2 emails and have received no response. In my email I requested that the order be canceled and my money reimbursed.

Unfortunately, after the fact I found reviews from other customers with the same complaints.
