On January 16, 2023 I was on the DoggyCloud website and began to place an order but never completed that ordering process. I applied for Affirm payment was approved but before going back to the DoggyCloud Website I exited the website because I decided not to order the water fountain. On January 17, 2023 I sent an email to DoggyCloud asking if they had an order because I didn’t complete the order process and if there was that they could cancel my order. I then sent another email on January 19, 2023 and still got no response. I also sent another email January 21, and January 30 with no response. I spoke to a customer service agent from Affirm on January 30, 2023 and was told that DoggyCloud did take the money from Affirm. I have never received any emails from DoggyCloud and the phone numbers listed on their website are not even tied to DoggyCloud as I received an email from The Green Pet Shop which is listed as a company for returns but they are not affiliated with DoggyCloud. The amount that I am disputing is in the amount of $78.70. DoggyCloud is listed on the Shop Pay website as an authorized merchant. I believe that this is a fraudulent company and am also disputing this with Affirm as well.
