BOUGHT 2 ITEMS ON NOVEMEBER 7 2019, THEY IMMEDIATELY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND CONFIRMED MY ORDER BUT AS OF OCTOBER 16, 2020 I HAVE NEVER EVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. BIGGEST SCAM OUT THERE!
THE PROBLEM IS THEY TELL YOU THAT PART OF THE MONEY GOES TO HELP ANIMALS THAT IS ALSO A SCAM, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered a pale green doggy paw jumper September 2019. I gave them a while before contacting them due to the fires in Australia. Late October I sent email asking where my order was and got told it was being shipped, hold up due to fires. (email from a Rachel) Still nothing by November 2019. I sent numerous emails in November and December 2019 and still never received and answer. I continued sending emails in January, February, March and April 2020 and to date have still not received my order and am out $19.99. Really upset with this company especially when they did not have the decency to answer emails. As a dog loving person I am totally disgusted with this company and the way they have treated customers and received money for dogs under false pretences and not sent out the order. I could not get money back on my credit card as It was out of the time allowed to make a claim. Totally disgusted with this company and the people who ran it.

Credit card was charged, and no product received. After searching Facebook, saw people were posting this was a scam site.

I purchased a sweatshirt from this website. After a month of waiting for my item, I reached out to the contact team for an answer to where my product was. They responded and assured me that it would be sent soon. After sending even more emails to the company, I have received no answer for the where abouts of my item. I still receive their generated promotional deals, but no response from the team. It was been almost three months now and I am fed up with this fiasco.

My credit card was charged. After a month of my 2 tops not arriving I emailed them and they said due to high demand my order is delayed. I waited another month, emailed again asking for my money back. Haven’t heard anything back.

I ordered 2 shirts, 6 weeks went by, no shirts, now have waited 2 weeks for a refund. This website is taking money, with not sending products and delaying or totally not providing refunds.

I ordered online on 8/1/19 got a email confirmation saying it will deliver in 14-22 days. Haven't recieved anything and no way to get in touch with anyone

This company advertises on Facebook and Instagram that if you buy their really cute products they will donate a portion to animal shelters. Myself as well as several others on social media have fallen victim to this. I purchased a shirt for $19.99 on July 29, 2019. It is now 8/21/19 and I still have not received the item. Several others have commented on social media that they have not received their items as well. This company is a scam. They do not have a phone number. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card to try and get my money back. Also there is no proof that they actually donate to animal shelters. This company is a scam and a joke and uses animals to get people to buy their products.
