I just received a call on my cell phone (and I am on the Do Not Call List) from a Boise phone number 208-957-6888 and they were wanting to collect donations for "Dogs for Police Officers". Said they were from Houston, Texas but it was an Idaho area code. As soon as I asked for their phone number and said I was going to check it out, they gave me the number and the line was disconnected.
Please check this out. I'm sure they are getting addresses and mailing out flyers to people who would be unsuspecting and will mail then money.
