These scammers from Africa stole $850 from me and still are "operating" online. There are many other reports from other victims in USA of these criminals and wondering if the FBI or BBB or the cyber police are going to do something to stop these criminals.

I was looking to purchase a Weimaraner puppy online and found this website with a very solid format and information. I reached them out via text about one of their puppies and they replied saying that the puppy was still available and that the cost was $700 plus $150 for shipping. They told me to send the payment through Zelle or Paypal ( family/friends) and send a screenshot of the receipt. They say that after the payment they would ship the puppy in 24 hours. They sounded pretty convincing, so I decided to purchase the puppy. They even sent me additional photos of the puppy with a woman that I thought was the person I was speaking with.
So, I sent the payment and started noticing something wrong since they did not contact me for the shipping info as they said they would. So the next day, I contacted them and ask if they had shipped the puppy and received a reply saying that they would do it the next day. For some reason I started suspecting about them and researched their website and found out that they are scammers! They have been doing this since 2021 ( with this website) and have scammed many people with the "Weimers puppies"
This is not only horrible because of the financial issue ( they stole $850 from me), but also the emotional side of all this since my son got some devastated when he knew that in reality there was not puppy.
I called my bank ask to cancel the payment but they told me that because it was made through PayPal they cannot cancel it. Paypal does not cancel it unless you send it as a business payment which I did not because these scammers asked me to send it as a family/friend. These evils know all the tricks and know how to act fraudulently without being catch.
