I ordered three products, a roller and two "Glass Blizzy" smoking devices. I was shipped one roller and nothing else. I have contacted the company NUMEROUS times over the past two months and received one response saying they would send me the two missing parts and to watch out for tracking info. That was a few weeks ago with no word, I've reached out NUMEROUS times and received no responses
