I am the author and copyright holder for a book. The website below is offering a scanned pdf of the hard copy as a free download illegally. The download counter on their website indicates 283 downloads. The retail cost of the book on Amazon is $85 USD, which represents a loss of $24000 thus far.

The contact information on the website is most likely fraudulent. The "cease and desist" letter I sent via email bounced back. The IP address and website is not verifiable via WhoIs. Some of my research indicates they are using a service called Cloudflare that makes them invisible.
