I looked up dollar car rental from my phone called the number a guy answered set up my reservation but I just had a debit card instead of a major credit card he had me go to my local CVS and by a GO2bank card for the rental amount informed me the driver would be at my house with rental. They never showed I called the number back it rings then gives me a busy signal.
