They retrofitted refund policy changes to existing service accounts without informing customers and deleted prorated refund statements from their website. This was done after thousands of customers fell for 1 year free trial promotion and ended up giving away their credit card information. This is the root cause of most of the complaints ScamPulse.com has received for this company.

I have evidences of this scam and when I shared them with DFC (Dollar Flight Club), they immediately refunded my money.
