you think you are purchasing a t shirt. They debit your credit card/debit card and never send product. You e-mail them and they claim their t shirt printers are down. I ordered in July and and it's December. I have repeatedly asked for my money back and they won't refund nor send the product.

I purchased a shirt from this company (not expensive only $14.95) on June 13, 2016. As of today September 21, 2016 I still have not received it. I have emailed them about it a number of times. They do eventually get back to me but only to tell me it's going to take more time and they appreciate me being patient. They have also asked that I not file a charge back or file a complaint but to just give them more time. I think over 3 months is more than enough time to get a product to a customer.

I saw an ad for a t-shirt from Dollar Tee Club on Facebook. I clicked the link and it took me to a website where I selected and placed an order for a t-shirt. I received a confirmation email and a link to track the status of my order. Each time I tried to check the status, it simply said that my order was confirmed. There was no shipping information. After waiting two months, I contacted the site at the email address they provided asking for an explanation for the delay along with delivery of my order or a refund. I received the following response:

"Please let us apologize for the delay

Your order is preparing for shipment, and should be on it's way soon. It usually takes 1-2 weeks in total for most items to be processed and delivered, but unfortunately we had technical issues with our printers and orders got a bit back-logged. If you can, please wait for it a bit more."

Another month has passed, and I still have not received my order.
