Type of a scam Online Purchase
They took my payment through PayPal and asked me to send flight information to Austin, TX where they were located.
The next day, my arrangements changed where I did not need the recovery housing so I reached out to cancel. The said they cannot refund me because my surgery was in 3 days and they could only give me back $350 of my $1200!
I tried to dispute it with my bank, and it was denied because the merchant sent their “terms and conditions” but were NOT advised to me the time of sale. It doesn’t even make sense to as why hey couldn’t refund the balance and I had no service rendered and cancelled the day after. No one can help me and I feel like I was robbed. I will report this on every platform I get, they are true scam artists!
