They're trying to get me to go to au-oasis.com to click on buttons to help artificially boost app ratings for their oasis app and promise a commission. No doubt there'll be a request for bank and personal information details so they can "pay me".
The Disclaimer is not stating and contact details etc. and is not up to date.
So I need all those details to sue them and go to court as they do not respond to Emails.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
The law office of Madison Law, APC represents Nasrollah Moein (who is known to the public as a singer as “Moein”) in this matter. Mr. Moein is an internationally famous singer from Iran for over 30 years. During this time, he has produced almost 20 albums and almost 30 single songs. He has his own webpage at “www.moeinmusic.com” from which a viewer can access over a dozen Instagram pages for Mr. Moein, 24 separate artistic works at YouTube.com, purchase his albums from “music.apple.com”, and see a calendar of his upcoming concerts. See Exhibit 1 for a copy of his Wikipedia page. See Exhibit 2 for a copy of his webpage.
About 12 years ago (around 2006 to 2008), Mr. Moein had a relationship with Ms. Setareh Mirpour while Mr. Moein was separated from his wife. Mr. Moein ended this relationship with Ms. Mirpour no later than 2008. Since then he has returned to his wife and lives with her currently.
It has come to the attention of Mr. Moein and his wife (Panteha Maleki Moein) that Domain Protection Services, Inc. (as the agent of Ms. Mirpour) has uploaded at www.imginn.com two videos of her and Mr. Moein. See Exhibit 3 for a true and correct copy of the information produced in a search conducted at “website.informer.com/imginn.com” on July 31, 2020 about www.imginn.com. Exhibit 3 shows that the owner of the post of two videos of Ms Mirpour and Mr. Moein occurred on May 28, 2020 and is to last until May 28, 2021. The “Owner” of the two videos is “Domain Protection Services, Inc.”. The domain hosting provider (called the “Registrar”) for www.imginn.com is “Name.com, Inc.” a, Delaware corporation, (which has changed to Donuts Inc.) and CloudFlare, Inc., which is listed as the “Hosting Company” for this website and whose servers enable www.imginn.com to operate as a website.
Exhibits 4 and 5 are true and correct copies of the two videos at this website. Exhibit 4 states in Farsi “Moein’s new lover”. Exhibit 5 states in Farsi “Moein’s secret lover”. Both statements are false.
This past year, Ms. Mirpour has posted other videos and pictures of her and Mr. Moein on Facebook and Instagram. They were removed at my clients’ request. Now, my client makes the same request to CloudFlare, Inc.; Domain Protection Services, Inc.; and Donuts Inc. (collectively the “Vendors”) to remove the videos at Exhibits 4 and 5 as posted on www.imginn.com, showing Ms. Mirpour with Mr. Moein. My client also requests that you remove any vidoes and pictures showing Ms. Mirpour with Mr. Moein (collectively the “VIDEOS”) from any website with which you are involved, whether it be as an owner or web host provider or server provider or in any capacity to facilitate the broadcast of such vidoes and pictures.
The website www.imginn.com is accessible to approximately1 million viewers of Iranian descent in Southern California, which is the largest concentration of individuals of Iranian descent outside of Iran in the entire world. The two videos uploaded to www.imginn.com at the direction of Ms. Mirpour at Exhibits 4 and 5 (and including any other VIDEOS) are false and portray Mr. Moein in a false and defamatory way before his fans all over the world. The past and continued broadcasting of these two videos (and any other VIDEOS) damage Mr. Moein’s reputation and goodwill with his fans not only in Southern California but worldwide and infringe on his and his wife’s right to privacy.
Mr. Moein and his wife demand that each of the Vendors immediately remove the two videos at Exhibits 4 and 5 and any other VIDEOS involving Mr. Moein and Ms. Mirpour from www.imginn.com and all internet websites that the Vendors control and/or involved with whether it be as an owner, web host provider, or server provider. Mr Moein and his wife have not authorized the release of any VIDEOS of him and Ms. Mirpour, including the videos and pictures at Exhibit 4 and 5. The failure to remove the videos and pictures of Ms. Mirpour and Mr. Moein at Exhibits 4 and 5 immediately will mean that Mr. Moein and his wife will enforce their rights to privacy and the unauthorized use of these pictures and videos. It appears that Ms. Mirpour is using VIDEOS (over 10 years old) of Ms. Mirpour and Mr. Moein to obtain free advertising by using his likeness and pictures without his authorization. Further these unauthorized VIDEOS portray Mr. Moein and his wife in a false and defamatory light in the public (i.e. that Mr. Moein is not committed to his wife) and are a form of false advertising by Ms. Mirpour to misappropriate the fame of Mr. Moein to herself to promote viewer traffic at www.inginn.com. It is also a form of false advertising for the Vendors to misappropriate the fame of Mr. Moein to themselves to promote traffic at www.inginn.com.
Please confirm in writing to me no later than 5 pm on August 14, 2020 that the posts of Ms. Mirpour’s videos of Mr. Moein at Exhibits 4 and 5 have been removed from www.inginn.com. The failure to do so will subject each fo the Vendors to litigation by Mr. Moein and his wife to enforce their rights.
Sincerely,
Dixon Gardner, Esq.
