I read warnings on bbb site about this "company," but decided to take a chance. I ordered the dome climber and quickly heard from them via email and text. They sent photos of children of various ages on their different size dome climbers to help me make a decision which size would be best for my children. They said the product would ship in a couple of weeks. When I had not received anything, I attempted to contact them on the phone number for which we had been communicating....disconnected or no longer in service. I received no reply via email also. Therefore, my experience is the same as many others reported. Beware.
