I received an acceptance letter with the heading of United health group and a w4 as well. My mom asked to see the letter and she did some research and found out there is a scam going on so we called UnitedHealth and we were informed that it was a scam..the next day
I received a check for $6500 to buy the equipment w specific instructions on how to go about the depositing and who to contact about the funds! The check is from
Red river Bank address in Baton Rouge LA, but the address on the Fed express is in PA.
