Received a call stating my Dominion Power would be interrupted due to non payment on my account. So I waited for the operator to come on and he identified himself as Daniel. So I asked why was I receiving this call for interruption and he said because my account was behind. I told him never in 20 years. And he said "Oh mistakes happen and said have a great day." I tried to call the number back right after he hung up and it said it was disconnected and not in service.

I got a call from this number at 12:25 on 2/16 stating that I have not paid my Dominion bill and that they will be cutting off power in 30-45minutes. I pushed #1 to speak to someone and it went to a voice of a person who asked for my information. I asked what company this was regarding and he said Dominion. I said I dont have Dominion and they hung up. I called them back it went to voicemail with no human voice, just a number for leaving a message. I called back again a couple minutes later and a lady answered that sounded like I jsut woke her up. She said this is a personal phone number not a business.

The call never got far enough for me to get more info NOR for them to try to scam me out of money.

It came from the Dominion energy phone number for NC and VA, was computerized voice, said if I had paid my bill on time for the last 3 months I qualify for a 30 discount and to press 1. Have called twice saying this was my last notice. I don't think it's legit, please let me know if it is, I would like the discount. I didn't continue the phone call and hung up because it didn't sound like a valid offer.

"Eric" said we had a disconnect notice. When I told him he was calling a business he hung up.

Automated message stating power was going to be turned off for non payment. Said press 2 to be connected to billing department or call 757-516-4760 to avoid disconnection.
