Dominion Process Servers in Toronto (http://dominionprocessservers.com/) and decided to reach out and hire them. On Oct
23 2020 I spoke on the phone with "David" and he confidently explained the process and answered all my questions and
confirmed that they would attempt 3 times to serve my Ex, as well as file the Affidavit of Service with the court once it was
completed. I proceeded to go ahead and send them the paperwork they needed and completed the e-transfer of $106.79 as
they had invoiced me. a week went by and I had heard no updates, so I reached back out on November 2 2020 to the number
I was texting with "David" earlier and got no response. The next day on November 3 2020, I sent an email asking for a status
update and still no response. I also tried calling the number listed on their website, the same one I called the first time and got
no response as well.
I looked up reviews for this company and was shocked to find out that I had apparently been scammed and I was not the first
victim to be taken advantage of by this company. I had sent them sensitive court documents that contained personal
information, I fear they may also sell/use my personal information.
