I contacted Donald Bichon to purchase a puppy named Angel @ $650. I was asked to western union the funds to Bernard Teboko. This was done. The following day I received a phone call from International Pet Shippers (1-252-564-7918), email: [email protected] stating to wire $950 for a climate controlled crate. This was sent via western union to Brouffie Ewane. The following day I again received call from International Pet Shippers that they now required $1200 for pet insurance. All of which the crate and insurance fees were 100% refundable. Also Donald Bichon states 30 money back guarantee. I informed them I didn't have $1200 and was not aware in advance of the additional fees and asked to cancel the transaction and refund my money. Since then they will not respond to my emails nor answer my calls.

When I stated I wouldn't pay the $1200 they said I would be sued for pet abandonment. I said I cannot be since I hadn't taken ownership of the puppy. I had just lost my pet of 14 years and this has devasted me.
