STAY AWAY!!!

At first done worked great. They diagnosed me and helped me in a timely manner making it so I got the treatment I needed. However after 6 months I was in need of a refill I had a follow up appointment like I was supposed to and was not going to need another one for a couple months. 2 days before I would run out of my 30 day prescription I requested a refill. Then 2 days passed after sending emails and messages stating that I was going to be out of my medication and that I needed a refill. Lyn Hall never responded. 4 days later(6days from when I first requested the refill) still no response. Running out of my medication impacted me greatly at work and home and those 4 days where hell for me. Luckily on the 5th day of being out I was able to get a appointment with a new psychiatrist. Lynn Hall never responded and Done would take days to respond. They treat patients like they are just dollar figures. They have no care for how their actions impact their patients. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, DO NOT PAY THEM A PENNY. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!

They took my $200 out of my account, i met the provider, she wrote my script and told me to pick it up after 6pm and i would have no issues, i took her word, called the pharmacy and was told they needed to talk to the prescriber before releasing my medications because it wasn’t filled out properly. Called back the pharmacist the next day, he said he spoke to their call center and was told that he couldn’t speak to the prescriber. I’ve emailed them multiple times, called their “Urgent Request” phone line, sent messages through the customer portal, and text back the phone numbers they’ve initially texted me from, all with no answer on the phone, or no return message back… Until i went to Facebook and left a comment under one of their post, then they Messaged me through the messenger app apologizing and still not answering any questions or fixing any issues, they just told me they’re monitoring my situation and that’s it. so unprofessional, i threatened to report them to my bank as a fraudulent charge if they didn’t get this right. I’m feeling like they have scammed me, all off my life I’ve had ADD, and when i finally look for help, i get taken advantage of by this scam. I’m highly upset with my experience thus far with this company.
