I contacted Braulio Hernandez via Next Door to get quotes for a custom cabinet build and install. He showed up at my house did a fair quote and requested a deposit which was paid in cash. He was lacking of communications and when I asked to show proof for progress of the work he provided pictures that showed change of materials and specs; he was unable to complete the job. Asked for a refund and he agreed to pay it. Days passed by and he only did a partial refund and wont answer my calls. I found out he has been scamming multiple neighbors with the same approach. Asking for deposit and not getting the job done.
