I paid a deposit to secure my spot August 17 at 1 o’clock. I asked if my cousin could come along and get her nails done too and she said yes. Then I told her never mind about my cousin she will not be getting her nails anymore so what was the earliest she could take me that day? She said that I can’t reschedule anymore because she would like a steady schedule I responded and said I understand. Then I texted her and told her my cousin got her stuff together so would it be ok if she could still come with me on August 17th at 1 o’clock she responded “yes I can take both of you guys”. “I said great!” Morning(11:50)come of the appointment I asked for the address no response so I called she stated how she was not going to be able to take me because she had a client and that she would be able to take me the next day I responded and said I am not available the next day and she said well I can’t do y’all nails today. I responded with a if you can’t do my nails today can I get my deposit back she responded “my deposit are non refundable” I stated “how if that’s your fault on your end and nowhere on your page it says that her deposits are non refundable”. She said “we have nothing to talk about” and hung up. I told her “how is she gonna book somebody for the day I put my deposit down for” and she blocked me on instagram and posted her nail set she did. @doneupbyfenss on instagram
