I thought I was buying an 7ft. sunflower garden stake. Was I scammed ? The amount was over $40.00, I'm a senior on a strict budget and I can't afford to throw away that kind of money...If this is a scam, why does facebook let these people but those ads on facebook? the ad was so nice that's why I ordered the 7ft. sunflower.

I order 2 packs of toilet paper, on March 17, 2020, has never been delivered. I have contacted company, getting now where, Order place thru light tyme.com. Was charged on my Credit Card on March 18, 2020 for $39.80 Under Pay Pal, company of Dongguansh. I have been patient, but has been 50 days since order, I just want a refund of $39.80.
