I purchased two pairs of sandals from Do Ngoc Diep company online through PayPal on August 11, 2023. I returned them to this company on September 5, 2023 because the straps on them were too short to comfortably fix. I paid $50.88 plus $10.25 for postage. Since then I have called Pay Pal several times and tried to get in touch with Do Ngoc Diep requesting the total expense of $61.13 be refunded to me. Pay Pal was no help and neither was Do Ngoc Dip. I still have not received my refund. I hope you will post that this company is a bad risk to keep others from purchasing from them. I have postal receipts of the mailing if needed.
