i went on a site that sold portable heaters, suppose to save money on electrical bills, ect. When i tried to complete my Credit Card Company popped a message that the site was not safe so...i erased all my information i imported to get the product and closed the page...at 2am they took my information anyway(how i do not know) and charged my card although i never completed the transaction....i reported it to the cc company, they disputed the charge, because i had not recieved any emails for the purchase or any correspondance from the so called company...basically, they stole the money...i believe after my credit card company disputed the charge w said company, they rushed me the product...when i receivedb it i called my CC co, immediately and told them i had the product but to my dismay, when i opened the package it was obviously not the product that is advertised...it was a joke...it doesnt work,,,,maybe would keep a fly warm....and the box it comes in is so obviously a knock off! Ive just decided to take the loss but wanted this on the record....hopefully someone will read this and NOT try to purchase from this company.

Car Wash membership "bait and switch". They opened about 3-4 months ago. Signed up for a monthly car wash membership for $10/month. Received notification today: "JET BRITE: Effective Nov 1, 2024, your LIGHT Wash Membership service level will be eliminated and replaced by the upgraded JET BLAST Membership service level, now including hi-pressure Jet Body Blast. Your membership will be automatically moved to the new service level. No action is needed from you. Your monthly recurring charges after Nov 1 will also change from $10/mo to $14/mo."



Called them at 312-313-1427 during their business hours. No one picked up. Was in an auto recording loop for 3 minutes attempting to press 1 to leave a message and wouldn't connect me to voicemail. This is a new facility (just opened 3-4 months ago) that has the ability to offer the same membership that they just enrolled customers into, but they are eliminating it and charging 40% more without a clear method to cancel the membership.
