I ordered what I thought was a Dooney & Bourke handbag. I received a counterfeit plastic handbag with a fake logo. The photos on their website show the authentic bags. The site is advertised as an Dooney & Bourke outlet. I have contacted their customer service to request a refund, but I do not think I should have to pay to return it. Their website is: https://donybag.com/? Now that I received a fake, I see this may not be a safe website to order from.
