A man self identifying as "Tony" with his wife named "Mercedez" came to my door and offered to repair my cement work due to extra cement he said he had and wanted to use up. Initially he could do the work fo $60-$100 but once he begun he said the product was $60-90 per pound. Once he used up "17 pounds" I told him to finish. He said his boss would charge $2475 but he could do it for $400. With cash he could do for $300. I said I had $200 and could give him $100 by check. At that point I saw he had an Illinois plate (bright red new pick up truck). He said he would take the $200 cash. I carried his wet cement to his truck. They left. I lost $200.

A scammer is impersonating a company employee, visiting a nearby seniors living complex and residents in the neighborhood. He said our company was offering free oil changes to neighbours and offered a valet service. Someone provided him with the keys to their vehicle. The vehicle was stolen and has not been recovered.
